About

With a background in architecture, I am a textile artist working mainly on hand and free-motion embroidery, and bobbin lace.

My work is informed by traditional lace making of my hometown in Northern Greece, while responding to today’s social and political landscape of my adopted home, London.

For the past two years, I run the intergenerational workshop ‘Collaborative Doily’ at my hometown in co-ordination with the municipality, where local people gather to exchange textile knowledge and experiences, while creating a collaborative piece, part of the local cultural heritage.
